This project was fast tracked to meet the owner’s aggressive schedule—18 months from revised schematics to occupancy. The hosptial and medical office share a lobby with focus on patient convenience. Fourteen inpatient beds provide for overnight care. The Surgery department contains 8 operating suites, 4 minor procedure rooms, 12 private pre-op rooms, 8 post anesthesia and a 12 bed stepdown recovery.
